Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for exchanges:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
Items must include original tags and packaging
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to our workshop

2. Returns & Refunds
We only offer returns or refunds in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery
Please include:
Order number
Photos showing the defect or issue
Once reviewed, you may choose between:
A free replacement of the item, or
A full refund to your original payment method
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized products
4. Refused Deliveries or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the order:
The customer is responsible for the reshipping cost
No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete addresses

We work with reliable and secure shipping carriers.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
3. Customs & Duties
Import taxes, customs fees, and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in each country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete address or absence at delivery:
The package will be returned to our facility
The customer must cover reshipping costs
No refunds will be issued for address errors
